font-size: 18px;">空軍先后出動(dòng)198架運(yùn)輸機(jī)、直升機(jī)，為地面部隊(duì)緊急空運(yùn)228架次，運(yùn)送人員1465名，作戰(zhàn)物資150余噸，包括從邊境向后方醫(yī)院搶運(yùn)重傷員628名。后勤、工程機(jī)務(wù)等保障部門超強(qiáng)度工作，飛行保障良好率保持在95以上。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)空軍主戰(zhàn)飛機(jī)是連美國(guó)都承認(rèn)“是一種不錯(cuò)的火炮平臺(tái)”的殲6戰(zhàn)機(jī)。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;"> 美國(guó)一份后來(lái)解密的軍方報(bào)告顯示，1979年1月中國(guó)空軍就開始軍事部署，此后在戰(zhàn)區(qū)部署的作戰(zhàn)飛機(jī)最多達(dá)900架，大部分是殲6，還有少量殲7、殲5、轟5和強(qiáng)5。當(dāng)時(shí)越南空軍主力機(jī)型是60架米格-21戰(zhàn)機(jī)、20多架F-5戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)和A-37攻擊機(jī)，此外還有少量米格-19。而且當(dāng)時(shí)越空軍從飛行員到地勤，包括指揮官，幾乎全部是由中國(guó)空軍培訓(xùn)出來(lái)的。跟百架級(jí)規(guī)模的越南空軍相比，中國(guó)空軍占據(jù)絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第一，所有兵種和裝備的使用都是圍繞作戰(zhàn)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行的。往小了說(shuō)是狠狠懲罰“小娃娃不聽話，弄他一下”；往大了說(shuō)是通過(guò)教訓(xùn)蘇聯(lián)扶持下野心日益膨脹的越南，打擊蘇聯(lián)霸權(quán)主義在全球的影響力，改善我國(guó)周邊惡劣的地緣環(huán)境態(tài)勢(shì)，為改革開放發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)鋪平道路。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 為達(dá)成這個(gè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，就需要作戰(zhàn)穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)、狠，打疼越南的同時(shí)控制戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)規(guī)模，避免蘇聯(lián)過(guò)早反應(yīng)而直接介入作戰(zhàn)，甚至入侵中國(guó)北方邊境以“圍魏救趙”。所以當(dāng)時(shí)雖然在戰(zhàn)區(qū)集結(jié)了八百架左右的戰(zhàn)機(jī)，卻并未直接參加戰(zhàn)斗，以控制戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)規(guī)模。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第二，中央軍委對(duì)空軍任務(wù)說(shuō)的很明確：在中越邊境加強(qiáng)巡邏警戒，隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備殲滅入侵之?dāng)常话悴辉匠鰢?guó)境作戰(zhàn)。時(shí)任空軍司令員的張廷發(fā)根據(jù)中央軍委的意圖，提出“挽弓待發(fā)，先聲奪人”的作戰(zhàn)方針，在戰(zhàn)區(qū)上空我方一側(cè)組織聲勢(shì)浩大的空中巡邏進(jìn)行威懾，越南空軍開戰(zhàn)前三天沒有一架飛機(jī)敢起飛，第四天開始才有零星飛機(jī)起飛，并依然遠(yuǎn)離戰(zhàn)區(qū)。我軍地面部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗時(shí)，完全沒有被敵人飛機(jī)騷擾或轟炸，大大消除了對(duì)空顧慮，士氣倍增。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 這也是我軍八一起義建軍以來(lái)，人民軍隊(duì)征戰(zhàn)無(wú)數(shù)，己方完全掌握制空權(quán)，揚(yáng)眉吐氣頭一回??！</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第三，從戰(zhàn)役戰(zhàn)術(shù)具體安排上，當(dāng)年空軍也做好了充足的準(zhǔn)備。除了裝備，還特別從全空軍范圍內(nèi)抽調(diào)了9個(gè)作戰(zhàn)小組和11個(gè)目標(biāo)引導(dǎo)組，派往各級(jí)陸軍前線指揮部，以解決空地協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)問題。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px;
