font-size: 20px;"> 《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家安全法》規(guī)定：本法所稱(chēng)危害國(guó)家安全的行為，是指境外機(jī)構(gòu)、組織、個(gè)人實(shí)施或者指使、資助他人實(shí)施的，或者境內(nèi)組織、個(gè)人與境外機(jī)構(gòu)、組織、個(gè)人相勾結(jié)實(shí)施的危害國(guó)家安全的行為。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">具體有：</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">（一）陰謀顛覆政府，分裂國(guó)家，推翻社會(huì)主義制度的；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的義務(wù)有哪些？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家安全法》第七十七條明確規(guī)定：</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">（一）遵守憲法、法律法規(guī)關(guān)于國(guó)家安全的有關(guān)規(guī)定；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">（二）及時(shí)報(bào)告危害國(guó)家安全活動(dòng)的線索；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> (一) 一些可疑人員未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)到內(nèi)部作調(diào)查，進(jìn)行科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)等情況搜集。發(fā)現(xiàn)這種情況不能隨意提供，并向當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)或國(guó)家安全機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)告。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> (二) 警惕境外電臺(tái)、電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等傳媒的煽動(dòng)、造謠。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> (三) 一些境外組織和人員經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在我軍事、保密單位周邊，乘機(jī)盜取秘密情報(bào)和信息。如遇有可疑人員要立即報(bào)告。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);
