A lot of people don't realize it. If you think making money is happiness，you will work hard for your rest of your life. If you think being happy is happiness，then you are a very shallow person. If you say you want to be successful，then you will be miserable. Happiness is actually being yourself. Everyone comes to this world is to do different things. Happiness is when you can stay true to yourself.</p><p class="ql-block"> Some people think that happiness is wealth or money，such as modern houses ，advanced cars， or luxurious items；someone says that work is the most interesting，exciting and important；or other people believe that happiness is good-looking，or maybe there is a kindness called sharing，and so on, but I think that happiness is nothing but health. Why do I think so?</p><p class="ql-block"> Because we must keep healthy , we can do everything we like to do . Health can bring us lot’s of benefits. For example, we can work hard , study happily，take part in all kinds of activities，play here and there fully ，travel home and abroad ，and talk or communicate freely with our workmates, classmates, parents，relatives，friends，and teachers. </p><p class="ql-block"> Moreover, we can have many sports to do more exercises, such as running, jumping, swimming，cycling，climbing mountains ，playing all sorts of ball games, and etc., so we’ll enjoy ourselves and have a nice time. </p><p class="ql-block"> If we are weak, we won’t do anything that we like to do. We could do nothing but die in the future! That is to say: we will not have anything at all! </p><p class="ql-block"> On the contrary，if we are strong，we may have more energy to live a nice life or make more money to help others， such as the poor，the old，the disabled ，etc. Being helpful to others means being happiest in our deepest hearts！</p><p class="ql-block"> Therefore, we must be healthy, we can live comfortably，work actively ，study well and play freely.In the end, we may be happy and we can own the happiness and harmonious life.</p><p class="ql-block"> In a word, I think: Health is the best and greatest happiness in our lives in the world！ Nothing is more important than health in the world！</p><p class="ql-block"> My friends: What do you think of </p><p class="ql-block">it?
