-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">張炳琴相融理事長，2003年接觸并參與蘇州大市范圍內(nèi)的公益活動，2014年擔(dān)任元和街道古巷社區(qū)華美家園業(yè)主委員會工作，對小區(qū)臟亂差現(xiàn)狀，進行全面系統(tǒng)整改，如今換然一新，條條道路暢通，地面黑白分明，車輛停放整齊劃一，小區(qū)鳥語花香，鄰里之間和睦互助，相親相愛，真正體現(xiàn)了金鄉(xiāng)鄰的社區(qū)新風(fēng)尚。2017年自己成立蘇州市相城區(qū)元和古巷相融志愿服務(wù)隊，在此期間，志愿活動更貼心，定期為社區(qū)居民提供貼心便民活動。團隊注冊會員志愿者209人，長期志愿者60人，團隊活動517次，團隊服務(wù)時長（按活動）70838.5小時，團隊服務(wù)時長（按成員）57833.5小時，受益居民30960人次，受到元和街道古巷社區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的表揚和鼓勵！2017年入選相城區(qū)第三屆公益微創(chuàng)投項目，2018年入選江蘇省婦女兒童公益項目，2019年度被園區(qū)善誠公益聯(lián)合會評為愛心單位，機構(gòu)主要是利用非國有資產(chǎn)自愿舉辦的，從事非營利性社會服務(wù)活動的社會組織。遵守憲法、法律、法規(guī)和國家政策，遵守社會道德風(fēng)尚，信守職業(yè)道德，提供誠信服務(wù)。通過開展各項志愿服務(wù)來推動社會主義精神文明建設(shè)，大力弘揚“奉獻、友愛、互助、進步”的志愿者精神。堅持“獻愛心、弘美德、立足古巷、服務(wù)社會”的理念，在服務(wù)過程中，得到了社區(qū)民眾的一致好評！社區(qū)鄰里和睦，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，減少了社區(qū)110的出警。整個社區(qū)溫馨祥和！</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>1、以“便民”為中心，拓展志愿者服務(wù)內(nèi)涵。團隊堅持以“民思我想、民需我為、民困我?guī)汀⒚袂笪覒?yīng)”為志愿服務(wù)的宗旨，組織開展了一系列便民服務(wù)活動。如以轄區(qū)資源為依托，成立衛(wèi)生保健服務(wù)志愿者分隊，定期為居民宣傳衛(wèi)生保健知識，經(jīng)常為社區(qū)老人進行身體保健宣傳檢查，及時為困難群眾送醫(yī)送藥上門，極大地方便了年老、殘疾及其他行動不便的群眾。</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>2、以“安民”為保障，拓展志愿者服務(wù)內(nèi)涵。為提高社區(qū)居民法律意識和法制觀念，社區(qū)志愿者服務(wù)隊以轄區(qū)單位為依托，組建中青年干部治安巡邏志愿者服務(wù)隊。這支志愿者服務(wù)隊與民警保持緊密聯(lián)系，通過定期、不定期發(fā)放治安宣傳資料，到居民中講授相關(guān)法律知識和安全防范措施等行動，積極配合社區(qū)民警巡防工作，健全群防群治網(wǎng)絡(luò)，有效維護社區(qū)社會穩(wěn)定。</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>3、以“助民”為動力，拓展志愿者服務(wù)內(nèi)涵。團隊志愿者服務(wù)隊積極開展助學(xué)助困活動，并作為加強社區(qū)精神文明建設(shè)，促進社區(qū)良好風(fēng)尚的舉措來落實。根據(jù)毗鄰就近原則，社區(qū)志愿者服務(wù)隊成員以“一助一”、“多助一”形式，對各分屬片區(qū)內(nèi)的特困孤寡老人、病人及殘疾人和特困學(xué)生進行結(jié)對幫扶，解決他們的日常生活需要。例如，在實行“一對一幫扶”制度之后，團隊理事組及時了解轄區(qū)內(nèi)的孤寡老人、空巢老人的情況，組織志愿者定期到老人們家中，噓寒問暖，解決他們生活實際困難；每逢節(jié)假日，給老人們送上小禮品、組織文藝活動，豐富老人們的節(jié)日生活，讓社區(qū)的老人們感受到了大家庭的溫暖，為構(gòu)建平安和諧社區(qū)起到積極的促進作用。</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>4、以“樂民”為載體，拓展志愿者服務(wù)內(nèi)涵。為了豐富轄區(qū)居民生活，活躍節(jié)日氣氛，團隊利用節(jié)假日或中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，邀請具有文娛特長的居民群眾參加文化娛樂表演等活動，以居民群眾喜聞樂見的形式，向他們宣傳科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、社會主義榮辱觀等知識，弘揚愛國主義、集體主義、尊老愛幼的傳統(tǒng)美德，培養(yǎng)團結(jié)互助、平等友愛的新型人際關(guān)系和崇尚科學(xué)、破除迷信、抵御邪教的良好氛圍，倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)健康、文明的生活方式，受到廣大社區(qū)居民的稱贊和好評，同時也豐富了社區(qū)居民的精神文化生活。</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal;
