white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">緣自天定，份靠人為。此次“情系康山”60周年聚會(huì)起意有些突兀，就像夏天的雷雨，說(shuō)來(lái)就來(lái)，風(fēng)風(fēng)火火，完全失卻了一個(gè)中老年人的穩(wěn)重和淡定?；蛟S是康山人的那份情緣永遠(yuǎn)不老，或許是老同事們已經(jīng)等待得太久，當(dāng)我們匆匆忙忙再次聚首，掐指一算，已經(jīng)整整過去了二十多年。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">子弟學(xué)校原址在化肥廠那兒，三棟平房。中間坐北朝南的那棟最大，東西兩間做教室，中間是老師的辦公室；東邊坐東朝西的那棟，只有一間教室；西邊那棟有兩間教室，中間有個(gè)過道，把兩間教室連在一起，那是幼兒園，也坐北朝南；南邊就是學(xué)校的操場(chǎng)。學(xué)校沒有圍墻，操場(chǎng)邊圍著一條溝，溝上用兩根木頭架起了小木橋，進(jìn)出學(xué)校都要從小木橋上過。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">七歲（虛歲）那年，媽媽把我從安徽農(nóng)村的姥姥家?guī)Щ貋?lái)上學(xué)，報(bào)名那天，張敏老師不讓報(bào)，怎么都不相信我有七歲了，我媽說(shuō)了不信，還問我:“你幾歲了？”我操著濃濃的安徽鄉(xiāng)下口音“七歲?！薄澳懔鶜q吧？”“七歲?！彪m然矮小，自己幾歲還是不含糊的?！安恍校恍?，太小了，去幼兒園吧。”沒辦法，媽媽只好帶著我和弟弟一起去幼兒園報(bào)了名。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">幼兒園里，跟我一起上大班的，都是比我小一歲的小朋友，如沈宏賓、周良忠們，我不會(huì)本地話，常常一個(gè)人玩。有一天，這幾個(gè)小男生欺負(fù)我，我就跑，他們追著我不放，我跑進(jìn)教室關(guān)上門，用手拼命抵著，終因寡不敵眾，眼看著他們就要破門而入，我扭頭就跑，穿過過道跑到另一個(gè)教室，從那個(gè)教室門出來(lái)又回到了操場(chǎng)，這時(shí)有個(gè)女生對(duì)我說(shuō):快跑，沈宏賓拿石頭打你來(lái)了。我一看:媽呀，只見沈宏賓滿臉是血，手上舉著半塊磚頭還是一塊大石頭，我也沒看清，氣勢(shì)洶洶地在找我。原來(lái)他們太用力，在最前面的沈宏賓沖進(jìn)教室時(shí)撞到了課桌上，鼻子撞出血了。我，只有一個(gè)念頭:跑！跑過操場(chǎng)，跑過小木橋，沿著回家的路跑，跑到調(diào)撥站那兒（那時(shí)是一片荒地，都是雜草，只有幾棵小樹，路，也是窄窄的小路，而我家在后來(lái)的化纖廠那里），回頭看看，沈宏賓沒追上來(lái)，便放慢了腳步，正不知何去何從時(shí)，曹寶裕老師從外邊回學(xué)校，迎面碰上了，“咦，你怎么跑這來(lái)了?快回學(xué)校去?！辈芾蠋熢谇懊孀?，我慢騰騰地跟著。等我回到學(xué)校時(shí)，曹老師已經(jīng)在給沈宏賓洗臉了，我嚇得“哇”的一聲，大哭起來(lái)。曹老師很生氣:“你看你把人弄成這樣，你還哭！”我一邊哭一邊訴。等曹老師把沈宏賓洗干凈弄清事情原委，不但沒批評(píng)我，還安慰了我。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">上世紀(jì)60年代末，康山煤礦為子弟學(xué)校購(gòu)買了八只腰鼓，學(xué)校就組織高年級(jí)女生學(xué)習(xí)，我剛上二年級(jí)，長(zhǎng)得又矮又小，沒資格。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">周末不上課，鄰居學(xué)姐們很喜歡帶我玩，她們?nèi)W(xué)腰鼓，自然也帶上了我。胡惠珍老師把最基礎(chǔ)的鼓點(diǎn)節(jié)奏畫在黑板上:咚啪、咚啪、咚～咚啪、咚啪，讓大家一邊背鼓點(diǎn)一邊學(xué)動(dòng)作。學(xué)姐們?cè)谀抢锞毩?xí)，我就在旁邊看。中途休息的時(shí)候，有個(gè)學(xué)姐解下自己的腰鼓給我:你敲敲看。我就試著敲起來(lái)，結(jié)果我學(xué)會(huì)了，胡老師看我學(xué)得不錯(cuò)，敲得有模有樣，就讓我參加了腰鼓隊(duì)，成了最小的隊(duì)員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">腰鼓隊(duì)可忙了，寒、暑假要到車間、井口演出，奪煤會(huì)戰(zhàn)勝利要演出，九大、十大召開，國(guó)慶游行都得拉出去演出。當(dāng)時(shí)，在整個(gè)安吉縣算是“風(fēng)景這邊獨(dú)好”的，很為礦里和子弟學(xué)校長(zhǎng)臉，后來(lái)礦里又給學(xué)校增加了八只腰鼓，腰鼓隊(duì)壯大了。每年學(xué)校都有學(xué)生畢業(yè)，有腰鼓隊(duì)員離開，每年就要再培養(yǎng)一些隊(duì)員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我1974年7月初中畢業(yè)時(shí)同屆同學(xué)兩個(gè)班約100人，極大部分是農(nóng)村戶口，只有“半個(gè)居民戶”（他爸是公辦教師他媽是農(nóng)村戶口）。按照當(dāng)時(shí)“自愿報(bào)名、群眾推薦、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn)、學(xué)校審核”的16字招生規(guī)則有22人升高中。 無(wú)疑的這22人都是在當(dāng)時(shí)“根正苗紅”、家里有一定社會(huì)地位的孩子。其他七十多個(gè)孩子就被剝奪了升學(xué)的權(quán)力。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">高中畢業(yè)以后，國(guó)家1977年10月恢復(fù)高考。這22個(gè)高中生，在四五年內(nèi)有6人通過考試離開農(nóng)村成了吃商品糧的“居民戶口”。而那“半個(gè)居民戶”也按照國(guó)家“子女頂替政策”接他父親的班成了公辦教師?！翱忌蟻?lái)的”同學(xué)就內(nèi)心不平衡了，憑什么我們“三更燈火、五更雞”的苦讀、“羊腸小道”“獨(dú)木橋”的才弄個(gè)“居民戶口”，他一“頂替政策”就和我們“平起平坐”了。想當(dāng)初，考試成績(jī)“甩開幾條街、相差幾十分”呢！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">因?yàn)檫@六個(gè)“考上來(lái)的”都有一個(gè)相同的身份“民辦教師”。那個(gè)時(shí)代，高中畢業(yè)要當(dāng)個(gè)“民辦教師”可不是一般家庭可以辦到的。首先要滿足下放知青，然后才輪到本大隊(duì)的貧下中農(nóng)子女。民辦教師的崗位有限，僧多粥少。為當(dāng)“民辦教師”各種托關(guān)系走后門的辦法無(wú)所不用其極。而民辦教師的工作崗位對(duì)復(fù)習(xí)考試的小青年是得天獨(dú)厚的便利。更有甚者，這六個(gè)“考上來(lái)”的當(dāng)中有三個(gè)是通過“民辦教師”招生渠道上的中等師范即“民師班”?！懊駧煱唷笔菃为?dú)劃線錄取的，分?jǐn)?shù)比普通考生要低好多。那些沒有當(dāng)上“民辦教師”的高中同學(xué)就有話說(shuō)了，“你爸媽本事大啊”，“如果我是民辦教師呢？”?，F(xiàn)如今，這幾位都在教師崗位上退休了，和那“半個(gè)居民戶口”一樣，領(lǐng)著高出“農(nóng)?！蓖瑢W(xué)幾倍的退休工資享受著國(guó)家公務(wù)員的醫(yī)療待遇，“含怡弄孫，不亦樂乎”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我自己就是一個(gè)例子。我初中畢業(yè)沒有直接上高中，因?yàn)槲腋赣H那時(shí)候還戴著“歷史反革命”和“軍統(tǒng)特務(wù)”兩頂大帽子，我政審不合格。我在農(nóng)村務(wù)農(nóng)半年后才上了學(xué)。我高中只讀一年半，是同班同學(xué)讀了一個(gè)學(xué)期以后插班讀的。這就是原生家庭對(duì)我的負(fù)面影響。但是，我父母的文化程度是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)平均水平的，這樣的家庭條件對(duì)我們的影響又是極其正面的。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">據(jù)我父親自己說(shuō)他16歲才上正規(guī)的學(xué)校讀書，但這以前他斷斷續(xù)續(xù)上過私塾，念過“四書五經(jīng)”。安吉三中55周年紀(jì)念冊(cè)上明明白白記載著他是安吉三中的前身“安吉中正中學(xué)”1942屆的初中畢業(yè)生。后來(lái)，他又考入國(guó)民黨中央軍校，是正兒八經(jīng)的“黃埔生”。我媽媽自稱“只是高小畢業(yè)”。那年代，小學(xué)1-4年級(jí)叫“初小”，5-6年級(jí)叫“高小”?！案咝‘厴I(yè)”就意味著現(xiàn)在的小學(xué)畢業(yè)。這二老都是1920-30年代出生的人，這樣的文化程度在我國(guó)1950-60年代的農(nóng)村是不多見的。所以，父母很重視對(duì)我們的教育。我哥我姐學(xué)齡前，我父親竟然自制“識(shí)字卡片”在家教他們認(rèn)識(shí)了幾百個(gè)漢字。我弟弟牙牙學(xué)語(yǔ)的時(shí)候正是文革，到處都是花花綠綠的毛主席語(yǔ)錄和標(biāo)語(yǔ)。父母抱著他天天對(duì)著“花花綠綠”指指點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，不經(jīng)意間他成了“早慧兒童”。我初中畢業(yè)輟學(xué)期間我父親就對(duì)我說(shuō)“你去新華書店買書來(lái)，在家自學(xué)吧！”?？上?，我那時(shí)候一腦子漿糊，把他的話當(dāng)做耳旁風(fēng)。否則，我的人生履歷就要改寫了。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他的“快”體現(xiàn)在他對(duì)企業(yè)“多種經(jīng)營(yíng)”的前瞻性?，F(xiàn)在大家都看到竹制品是安吉的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。可誰(shuí)還記得1988年初在康山煤礦立新井我們已經(jīng)有了康山化纖總廠制作品分廠，這是安吉縣最早的竹制品廠。2019年下半年以來(lái)豬肉價(jià)格以前所未有的速度上漲到新的高度，誰(shuí)還記得1980年代末我們康山煤礦曾經(jīng)有過年產(chǎn)3300頭豬的養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)。當(dāng)然，創(chuàng)辦這些企業(yè)的目的只是為了解決煤碳富余勞動(dòng)力的出路。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他的“快”體現(xiàn)在他對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的提前布局。在他上任的頭兩年就借“橫向聯(lián)合”之大勢(shì)分別和湖州弁南鄉(xiāng)政府、安吉商業(yè)局、安吉縣政府聯(lián)辦弁南化纖廠、安吉襪廠、安吉簾子布廠。一方面解決了煤炭富余人員的出路另一方面為企業(yè)今后的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。雖然當(dāng)時(shí)不被人們理解，但幾十年后回頭看，如果沒有聯(lián)辦的安吉簾子布廠就沒有后來(lái)的安吉化纖總廠、也沒有安吉化纖總廠和康山化纖廠先后與金輪集團(tuán)的合作租賃。許多老工人對(duì)“租賃”感到“屈辱”，但在風(fēng)雨如磐的九十年代末，“國(guó)有企業(yè)退出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行業(yè)”如雷霆之勢(shì)，宛如千鈞巨浪中一葉扁舟的我們，“租賃給金集團(tuán)”也許就是徐中柱提早為我們搓好的一根“救命稻草”！</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那著名的康山煤礦30周年礦慶，一開始就以提前半年準(zhǔn)備、預(yù)算10萬(wàn)（那時(shí)一個(gè)中等小廠一年的利潤(rùn)還沒有10萬(wàn)）而頗有“慌牢牢”之嫌。臨到慶典之日，又恰巧碰上安吉“百年不遇”的七號(hào)強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng)。整個(gè)安吉路塌田毀、人仰馬翻、康山也一度停電停水停產(chǎn)。但他以極高的效率帶領(lǐng)我們恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)后，礦慶照搞不誤。結(jié)果被浙江廣播電臺(tái)的記者抓了辮子，以一篇《前方抗臺(tái)吃緊 后方礦慶緊吃》而引爆浙江輿論，一時(shí)間各種媒體狂轟濫炸。最后，以湖州市經(jīng)委黨委在全委一紙通報(bào)批評(píng)收?qǐng)觥?020年2月，有人在浙江《錢江晚報(bào)》社的數(shù)字檔案里以“礦慶”關(guān)鍵詞搜索，竟然可以搜索出32年前的《送給大手大腳的廠長(zhǎng)》的漫畫和批評(píng)“康山煤礦礦慶”的相關(guān)報(bào)道。他主導(dǎo)的這件事，已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出他的初衷，估計(jì)會(huì)成為大學(xué)新聞傳媒教材的案例。</h3><p style="white-space: normal;
