-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">照片中的袁登超老師傅，是六十年代初到農(nóng)場工作的河南籍能吃苦耐勞、普通平凡的拖拉機(jī)手，是當(dāng)年168機(jī)車組小編也曾在過的同機(jī)師傅。他月工資47元2毛8支撐著妻兒一家四口的生活，人均十余元足以支付定量供應(yīng)的糧油等付食品，屬那時(shí)中等消費(fèi)階層，手頭還能留幾元買幾包煙，在小灶買幾元飯票偶爾打份肉菜一家人打牙祭。穿一件里子多處漏花的黑色小大衣并不常記扣子，里邊是件自家編織的粗線黑毛衣。說起毛衣，在那時(shí)不是有錢就能買到毛線的，也不是一般家庭一下花幾十元輕易買起的，六、七十年代甚至更長的幾十年間都是設(shè)法買羊毛，或節(jié)省口糧用面粉、青油、茯茶等和周邊藏民換羊毛，然后動(dòng)員全家人捻線，雙手撕羊毛拉線，下面用一根圓柱形木桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)上勁捻線，捻出三大團(tuán)單股再上勁合為一股，（也發(fā)明自制了不少紡線機(jī)）之后蒸煮上色、漂洗，最后是那幫并無得體服飾多有n分姿色的娘們頭子、小媳婦用幾根竹纖或鋁釬打上下針、平針、松緊針不分亱夜一針一針的編織，一個(gè)家庭添加幾件毛衣毛褲不是輕而易舉的，耗時(shí)數(shù)月，也耍數(shù)月積蓄，說是家庭得一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程也不為過。定格于腦海中的袁師傅，腿上坐著克隆出的寶貝兒子，手上抓著一付牌，熏黃的右手食指和中指夾著冒煙的煙頭，用利打出一對二蛋，兩眼瞪得溜圓，微笑的臉上透出幾分得意。祝袁老師傅和老伴安康幸福！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1986年11月青海省哇玉香卡農(nóng)場“質(zhì)問圍攻”省司法廳副廳長、省勞改工作管理局局長張致福的事件過去三十多年了，當(dāng)時(shí)震動(dòng)了省府，主管政治委的副省長馬福才專程處理并報(bào)司法部備案。事件是農(nóng)場群眾一次自發(fā)的維權(quán)行為，出現(xiàn)了漫罵等過激行為。對之后的監(jiān)獄改革和人員安置應(yīng)起到了一定的積極作用。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">建國初期根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)的國內(nèi)、外形勢，國家在氣侯較差幾乎是無人區(qū)（每平方公里不足2人）的荒漠地區(qū)集中關(guān)押犯人有其戰(zhàn)略意義。隨著三年自然災(zāi)害大批餓死和之后的刑滿釋放，到七十年代末不少監(jiān)獄（農(nóng)場）已沒有犯人，大批干警和職工為離開高寒、缺氧，不適合種植業(yè)，更不適合人類生存的荒漠地區(qū)投奔親友流落它鄉(xiāng)，人心惶惶。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">勞改局有能力妥善安排解決好農(nóng)場問題，不想就任不久的張致福局長和勞改局放出消息，農(nóng)場將移交地方政府，人員轉(zhuǎn)為農(nóng)工承包土地自負(fù)盈虧，消息傳來無異對本就怨氣很深的農(nóng)場人是火上澆油。的確，犯人刑滿可遺返，而廣大干警、員工年復(fù)一年子承父業(yè)，沒有強(qiáng)大肺活量基因的支撐，在氧氣含量僅相當(dāng)平原地區(qū)50％的高原，無限期的飽受缺氧寒冷大風(fēng)等惡劣氣侯煎熬而堅(jiān)守監(jiān)獄崗位，一貫老實(shí)聽話的農(nóng)場人此刻滿是被卸磨殺驢的感覺，沒有出路被激怒了，怒火在胸中燃燒。恰逢張局長到哇玉視察，開始只是少數(shù)群眾質(zhì)問，之后圍觀群眾越來越多一片混亂，一、二大隊(duì)和直屬中隊(duì)的人員也趕到了，叫罵聲響成一片，直接參加面對面圍斗多是家庭婦女和半大孩子，從埸部食堂到廣場花壇又轉(zhuǎn)到小會(huì)議室，從中午一直持續(xù)到下午四點(diǎn)左右，農(nóng)場干警和局長隨從工作人員分別在外圍對峙著，最后經(jīng)駐地部隊(duì)把局長接到營部。第二天省府帶足了逮捕證和省內(nèi)僅兩部之一的無線電通訊車，三步一崗、五步一哨，威懾訓(xùn)話等白色恐怖不詳述了。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">十多年間除統(tǒng)一調(diào)干外，決大部分干部、工人自行聯(lián)系調(diào)動(dòng)吃盡了苦，也有不少被忽悠廉價(jià)買斷，都先后離開了哇農(nóng)流落它鄉(xiāng)、寄人籬下，成為了本就不應(yīng)在無人區(qū)建場而最終破敗衰落的犧牲品！到2003年春最后的二、三百名留守干警、員工調(diào)到諾木洪農(nóng)場，至此宣告哇玉香卡農(nóng)場結(jié)束了其47年的歷史使命。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
