-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">貴州有著悠久的歷史，考古發(fā)現(xiàn)的盤縣大洞有超過20萬年的歷史，這么好的文化遺產(chǎn)資源，需要梳理，需要發(fā)出聲音，發(fā)出文物的“好聲音”，發(fā)出歷史的“好聲音”。如何加強和重視文物工作？文化在遠(yuǎn)古時代需要尋找一個傳承的載體，傳播的載體，這個載體是實物的，比如石頭的，所以有石窟，有摩崖，只有這樣它才能傳承下去，才能傳播開來。因為那個時候沒有紙質(zhì)媒體，也沒有大數(shù)據(jù)，而靠物質(zhì)的東西傳承給今天的我們。這些實物如今就變成我們工作的對象，考古的對象。通過物質(zhì)的東西，可以發(fā)掘精神的內(nèi)涵，文化的意義，來教化今人。所以像海龍囤這樣的景區(qū)，我們既要做物的保護與開發(fā)，還要做歷史的、人文的、精神的研發(fā)與保護，以及適當(dāng)?shù)膫鞑?，講出故事來。這些也應(yīng)該成為考古的一個內(nèi)涵。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">讓文物開口說話，講出海龍囤的故事，讓更多的人來認(rèn)識文物、喜歡文物?？脊艑I(yè)在1980年代初好多人填報，之后就很少了，因為市場化了。最近十年，考古又變成非常熱門的一個專業(yè)，大家都向往去做的一個事業(yè)。因為考古，因為海龍囤申遺，你們成為世界級有影響的人。所以考古是很神圣的工作，是對歷史負(fù)責(zé)的工作。對歷史負(fù)責(zé)的同時，我們還要樹立對現(xiàn)代人服務(wù)的意識。總書記講文物講得很多，比如讓文物活起來，讓文物為今天服務(wù)。這樣的工作，貴州不能因為經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達就不為。貴州經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達，但文化很活躍，文化很豐富，現(xiàn)在看來文化也很久遠(yuǎn)。怎么樣才對得起我們的文化？需要我們思考。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">此外，海龍囤周邊能不能打造兩個美麗山村？這么一個古老的地方，要讓現(xiàn)代人來分享，所以還要考慮資源的共享與優(yōu)化配置。大景區(qū)如何定位？比如婁山關(guān)是紅色的，海龍囤是古色的，周邊再有民間特色的，生態(tài)綠色的，這就是資源配置。遵義去年抓了遵義會議一個大景區(qū)工程，現(xiàn)在能不能啟動一個大婁山關(guān)區(qū)的或者叫海龍囤區(qū)的總體景區(qū)？景區(qū)要統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，體制上要統(tǒng)一統(tǒng)籌，但運營體制、投融資可以開放，讓市場進入，政府主導(dǎo)規(guī)劃與管理。像二十四道拐，當(dāng)時就是一條山路，沒有其他內(nèi)容，現(xiàn)在計劃在不影響文物景觀的地方建一個露營基地，建一個史迪威小鎮(zhèn)，把相關(guān)內(nèi)容納進來，效果不錯。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
