white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 隨后，蔡雷副校長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了《深綜改背景下提高高三英語(yǔ)教學(xué)有效性的探索與實(shí)踐》的專(zhuān)題講座。在講座中，蔡校長(zhǎng)提出了優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)前中后環(huán)節(jié)，實(shí)施“四環(huán)節(jié)”教學(xué)和優(yōu)化備考環(huán)節(jié)，提高備考的有效性等內(nèi)容，還分享了自己對(duì)于高中英語(yǔ)歷年真題研究的成果，并建議老師們通過(guò)現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì)，通過(guò)分析歷年的高考真題來(lái)把握命題的規(guī)律并制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略。講座無(wú)論從內(nèi)容和形式上都得到了在座老師的高度評(píng)價(jià)，參會(huì)老師們紛紛表示受益匪淺。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
